My decision to enter real estate was inspired by watching my parents, Brent and Sara Scogland, be a part of the industry for 20+ years. I saw firsthand how they built genuine connections with people and became a trusted part of the community. Joining Ruhl & Ruhl to work alongside them allows me to turn that lifelong dream into a reality, helping the public with the same dedication I grew up witnessing.

Having been born and raised in the Quad Cities, I’ve been given a front-row seat to how our city has changed over the years. I’ve spent my life being involved in the community through local organizations, volunteer work, and supporting local businesses. 

In my free time, you can find me on a walk with my dog, planning my next trip, or spending quality time with my family and friends.
